You might think I ran outside in a panic at this point. I did not. I hear screaming from my boys all the time. It kind of takes the worry out of it when you hear "MMMOOOMMMM!!!!!" like the child is going to die only to find out that the 2-year-old won't give him the toy back. I let the screaming go on for a long time. It stopped after awhile and I figured they had resolved the issue on their own. I finished my lesson and started the next one before it started again. This time very high pitched and no longer yelling my name. Just yelling. I couldn't take it. Who knows what my neighbors must think of me with these screaming boys!? I went outside to tell them to stop. I couldn't see them, but the screaming was coming from the side of the house. I walked over there and saw what I honestly never expected to see. All three of my boys were crowded and locked inside our rabbit hutch, along with our poor rabbit. I wish I would have taken a picture. They were so happy to see me. All I could do was mumble, "What in the world" and "So gross." I asked them what happened as I opened the hutch. They immediately began telling me how it was Russell's fault for shutting the door. As we walked inside to give them all baths, I reminded them that they were the ones who climbed inside in the first place. I couldn't help now thinking, "Who knows what my neighbors must think of me now as I left my boys screaming and stuck inside our rabbit hutch for 20 minutes?"
Just another normal day at the Mouritsen home.
Hilarious!! Oh, boys..... You made my day!
